Hooray! Day one complete. Only 89 days to go! I worked out at the gym, did some freelance consulting and ate healthy without carbs. Even though I’m hungry, I feel great.
I am taking this one day at a time. Day 2 tomorrow and my first spinning class. Wish me luck!
Today I spent most of my day recovering from yesterday’s workout. Boy did I use muscles that hadn’t seen a lot of action in a while. Well, tomorrow the challenge starts. I’d be lying if I were to say I’m not nervous but I must keep my motivation pumping.
I took my measurements and my before pictures. Let’s just say I hope it is the last time I see myself like that.
This is what my workout regimen will be for the week:
Tuesday -rpm and cxworx (yep, attempting my first spinning class)
Wednesday- body pump
Sat- body pump
